Services: Digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media management, content marketing, branding, and consulting for the Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services, Food Industry, Hair Salons, Vacation Agencies, Holiday Resorts, Beauty Products and Services, Fashion Designers, Music Events, Health & Wellness, and Real Estate industries.
Agreement: The contract formed between Magik Marketing and the Client upon purchase of services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Magik Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of our services.
